These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Melanin’s websites, apps, and related services (“Services”). By creating an account, attending events, purchasing tickets, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our community standards.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, or risk to other users or the platform.
Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or deceptive content. Respect intellectual property and obtain rights for music, video, or imagery you upload. We may remove content or restrict features to protect community safety and legal compliance.
Wallet balances, MEL tokens, ticket purchases, and withdrawals may be subject to verification, limits, and fraud checks. Fees, FX, and third party processor rules may apply. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in holds or account review.
Organizers are responsible for accurate event descriptions, refunds where required by law or stated policy, and on site safety. Attendees must follow organizer rules and venue policies. Melanin may remove listings that violate policy or mislead users.
We continuously improve the Services. Features may change, be deprecated, or be offered as previews. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes to these Terms where required; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
We process account, usage, device, and content related data to operate, secure, and improve the Services. You control certain visibility settings in product. For sensitive categories of data, we apply access controls and retention aligned with applicable law and our internal policies.
Legal and support inquiries may be sent to the addresses listed in the site footer. Official notices regarding these Terms should be labeled clearly and include your account email and jurisdiction. We may send service messages to your registered contact methods.
